How do I request a quotation?＋
Send the product link, model, size, color, quantity and preferred shipping method by WhatsApp or through the homepage request form. Oversay reviews the request and confirms the quotation manually. After your confirmation and payment, we purchase the item and arrange shipping.
What are the air freight rates?＋
Miami Air: US$ 4.75 per lb. China Air: US$ 16.50 per lb. Air weight is rounded up to whole pounds: 2.3 lb is charged as 3 lb.
What are the ocean freight rates?＋
Miami Ocean: US$ 13.00 per cu ft plus US$ 2.50 per package, with a minimum of 1 cu ft. Contact Oversay for a China Ocean quotation.
How are weight and volume calculated?＋
Air freight uses weight in pounds (lb), rounded up to the next whole pound: 2.3 lb is charged as 3 lb. Ocean freight uses volume in cubic feet (cu ft). The Miami Ocean minimum is 1 cu ft; the air rounding rule does not apply to ocean volume.
Are freight rates the full order total?＋
The published rates cover freight. The product price and any applicable handling, customs or delivery charges are confirmed in your quotation or invoice. Please wait for your official invoice before making payment.
When are the shipment closing times?＋
Miami Air closes Tuesday and Friday before 12:00 noon, Miami local time. Miami Ocean closes Monday. China shipment dates are confirmed separately. Check your shipment plan for the applicable closing and estimated dates.
How long does air freight take?＋
Delivery time depends on the origin, supplier delivery, closing date, transit stops and customs. The homepage shipping schedule applies to Miami; China Air dates are confirmed separately. Use your shipment's estimated arrival and wait for the ready-for-pickup update.
How long does ocean freight take?＋
The Miami Ocean planning estimate is approximately 2–3 weeks after closing. China Ocean timing depends on the vessel, ports and onward transport and is confirmed separately. Customs and operational delays can affect either route.
Which routes do you use?＋
Air freight is available from Miami and China to Suriname. Miami shipments may include a transit stop in Curaçao (CUR) or Georgetown (GEO), Guyana. Check the assigned route and estimated dates for your shipment. Ocean freight is available from Miami and China to Suriname. China shipments may include US transit and onward transport through Miami. The ports, vessel and route are confirmed for each shipment.
When do I receive tracking?＋
After the shipment is registered, we share a tracking number. A personal tracking link can also show your other active and completed shipments.
What can I see in the tracker?＋
You can see the latest confirmed status, estimated arrival, route, next milestone, each item with its photo and product link, and available documents.
What happens at customs and handover?＋
After arrival in Suriname, customs and cargo processing take place. We update the status and tell you when the shipment is ready for pickup or customer handover.
Can I view my quote or invoice later?＋
If Oversay adds a quotation or invoice PDF to your shipment, you can open it again through your personal tracking link. Your quotation or invoice confirms the applicable charges.
Are the map movements live GPS?＋
No. The map and progress bar are visual status estimates based on confirmed milestones, not live aircraft, vessel or GPS tracking.
Why is an item missing a photo?＋
Each item needs its own product photo link. If one has not been added or no longer loads, the tracker shows a placeholder instead of inventing a photo.
How do notifications work?＋
When updates are available, you can choose email or WhatsApp preferences from the personal tracking view. The tracker remains the source for confirmed details.
